  1. What hotels are available through MyKaha.com?

    MyKaha.com provides more than 200,000 domestic and international hotels.

  2. How do I search a hotel on MyKaha.com website?

    You can search for your desired hotel using city, or area destination. Our system will generate your search result.

  3. Can I place an order for a room for tonight?

    Yes, you can. You should still take note of the stipulated check-in time and inform the hotel that you will be checking in late. Please contact our 24-hours Customer Service to check available room.

  4. Where can I find the hotel’s contact number?

    Please contact our 24-hours Customer Service. We are glad to help you inform the person in charge and the hotel’s contact number if you have made the payment.

  5. How do I know the room availability on the date I have chosen?

    Our system will automatically display the availability of your desired room on the desired dates when you run the search.

How to Book

  1. Search Hotels

    Choose your destination and then click "Search"

  2. Select Your Desired Hotel

    Select the match hotel room by click "SELECT ROOM" and then "BOOK" to chose your room type.

  3. Complete Booking

    Fill information details, complete your booking and then click "CONFIRM"

  4. E-Voucher Receive

    After the payment success and we received your payment, e-voucher will be send automatically to your email.

Payment Method

  1. I do not own a credit card. How can I make the payment for the hotel room I ordered?

    For now, We provide Credit Card as payment methods such as: Mastercard, Visa, JCB and AMEX.

Price and Additional Charge

  1. Are tax and service charges included in the hotel room prices at MyKaha. com?

    Yes. Hotel room prices listed on MyKaha.com include tax and service charges.

  2. If I bring more guests than is stipulated for each room, will I be charged extra fees?

    You can see the rules for the number of guests in a room when you place your order. If you bring more guests than stipulated, you can inform the hotel. All charges effected from the addition is up to the hotel’s discretion.

  3. Do the hotel price I pay include breakfast?

    This will depend on the type of room and the hotel you have ordered. You can see this when choosing the room type and price. Our system will display whether the room type and price selected include breakfast or not. You can also see the details of breakfast availability on your voucher.

  4. I am bringing my children, will I be charged anything?

    There are different age limits for children for each hotel. An additional charge is up to the discretion of the respective hotels.

  5. Is credit card payment at MyKaha.com secure?

    Credit card payment at MyKaha.com is secure because we do not save your credit card number. According to PCI-DSS regulations, we are only allowed to save the bank code number (BIN number), which is the first six digits and last four digits of your credit card number.

Special Request

  1. Can I make special requests to the hotel I ordered?

    If you have special requests, you can input it in the “special request” field when you complete the guest particulars. MyKaha.com does not guarantee that the request will be fulfilled by the hotel. Policies and fees effected from the special request will be the hotel’s responsibility.

  2. Is the hotel price I paid for inclusive of airport transfer?

    You can see the airport transfer facilities when you place your order. If the hotel you ordered does not provide such facilities, you can make a special request on the “special request” field. Fees incurred is up to the discretion of the hotel.

  3. Can I do an early check-in or late check-out?

    You may contact the hotel directly for confirmation. Fees incurred is up to the discretion of the hotel.

  4. Can I ask for an extra bed for my order?

    A request for an extra bed can be inputted on the “special request” field. Availability and fees incurred are up to the discretion of respective hotels.

  5. Can I put in special requests such as “smoking room”, “baby crib”, or the type of bed I want?

    All special requests can be inputted on the “special request” field. MyKaha.com does not guarantee that the request will be fulfilled by the hotel. Policies and fees effected from the special request will be the hotel’s responsibility.

Amendment and Cancellation

  1. Can I change the date of stay or cancel my reservation?

    Changes or cancellation of order will follow the policies of respective hotels. MyKaha.com will display the cancellation policy when you place your order. If you need further information regarding the policies, please contact our 24-hours Customer Service.
