How to Book

  1. Is it possible to place an order without using an email address?

    Impossible. An order requires an active email address because the e-ticket or voucher will be sent from our system to your email address.

  3. I placed an order for two adults, one children, and one baby. Is the price shown on the search page the total price for all passengers/guest?

    The price shown on the search result page is total (included tax and services). You can see the detail of the price will be shown on fare break up

  4. I saw a price promotion, but when I searched for the price promotion, why was it no longer available?

    Availability of seat and price promotion for each product is limited. We suggest that you place your order as soon as possible before the price promotion runs out.

Data Completion

  1. Does the name of the buyer have to be the same as the name of the passenger/guest?

    No. The name of the buyer on the buyer contact information does not have to be the same as the name of the passenger/guest.

  2. Can my e-ticket be sent to other email addresses?

    Yes. Please contact our 24-hours Customer Service and provide your booking ID for this.


  1. Does accept payment using foreign currency?

    For this time we only accept payment credit Card (JCB, AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD) with rupiah currency

  2. After making the payment, how am I going to receive the ticket?

    After payment is received and verified,’s system will automatically send an e-ticket or voucher to your email address. Please print the e-ticket or hotel voucher and present it upon check-in. Do not forget to bring the identity card you used to complete your data when you placed your order.

  3. What should I do if I accidentally deleted my e-ticket from mailbox?

    Please contact our 24-hours Customer Service. We shall help you by resending your e-ticket or hotel voucher to your email address.

  4. If I make a payment that doesn’t correspond with the invoiced amount, what will happen to my e-ticket or voucher?

    If you have made a payment that is more or less than the nominal you are supposed to pay, your order will be unsuccessful and your e-ticket or voucher will not be sent to your email address. Therefore, we suggest that you pay according to the invoiced amount so the e-ticket or hotel voucher can be sent to your email address.

  5. Is credit card payment at secure?

    Credit card payment at is secure because we have implemented 3D Secure and we do not save your credit card number. According to PCI-DSS regulations, we are only allowed to save the bank code number (BIN number), which is the first six digits and last four digits of your credit card number.

  6. Do I have to make a confirmation to after I have made the payment?

    There is no need for that. If you have received the e-ticket or voucher, you do not have to contact us. Should you not receive your e-ticket or hotel voucher, or should you encounter any other difficulties requiring our help, please contact us immediately.

  7. If I need a purchase receipt for my office, how can I obtain it?

  8. I made a payment using a credit card. How is the refund process like should there be a cancellation?

    Refunds for cancellations of credit card payments can only be processed through the credit card number used for the payment.
