  1. If I made a mistake when inputting the passenger’s name, what should I do?

    If there is a mistake on the passenger name before making a payment then you can ignore it and make a new reservation with the correct name. However if you have made the payment and received the e-ticket, please contact our 24 hour customer service

  2. I did not input my full name according to my identity card on the passenger’s name field, what should I do?

    Please contact our 24-hours Customer Service. Our customer service officer shall help you correction the name based on term and condition apply

  3. My passport is expiring in less than six months, can I place an order for an international flight?

    According to air travel regulations, a passport as a passenger’s identification has to be valid for at least six months. Passengers with passports with less than six months validity are not allowed to travel overseas.

  4. How do I change the departure date of the ticket I have purchased?

    Please contact our 24 hours customer service. Administration fees for changes in departure date are regulated by the respective airlines.

How to Book

  1. Search Flights

    Select oneway, roundtrip and multicity base on your needs then fill up the form and then click "Search"

  2. Select Flight

    In the result page please choose your match flight and click "BOOK NOW" (oneway) "CONTINUE" (roundtrip) or "BOOK" (multi city).

  3. Passenger Details

    Fill up the mandatory form with the correct information match with your valid identity card.

  4. Payment

    Choose your payment method and then click "CONFIRM" for issued the ticket.

  5. E-Ticket Receive

    After the payment succeed and we received your payment, e-tickets will be send automatically to your email. If you did not received the e-ticket, you can check your order at my booking , or you can contact our 24-hours Customer Service.

Passenger Categories

  1. What is the age limit for children and babies for plane ticket orders?

    The age limit for babies is average from 0 to 23 months and for children is from 24 months to 12 years and 11 months (depend on respective airline's regulations).

  2. What is the plane ticket ordering procedures for pregnant mothers?

    Pregnant mothers are required to present a medical certificate from a doctor upon checking in at the airport, stating that she is permitted to fly. The period of the pregnancy permitted for air travel depends on the regulations of the respective airline.

  3. Can I place an order for a child who is not accompanied by an adult passenger?

    You cannot. Plane ticket orders for the child category have to be accompanied by an adult passenger.


  1. For plane ticket orders, is there any price difference between tickets for babies and for children?

    The prices for children and for babies are different, depending on the regulations of each airline. You can see the details of the prices for children and babies after you complete the passenger data and press the “add to shopping cart” button. You will be shown the details of your flight and the price details of each passenger.

  2. Why do the plane ticket prices keep changing?

    Plane ticket prices fluctuate. All price changes follow the updates from the respective airlines.

Check In

  1. When I make payment using a credit card, do I have to present my credit card upon checking in at the airport?

    It is not necessary. You only have to present your booking code and your valid identity card upon checking in at the airport.
