General Clauses

  1. When will I receive my "flight+hotel"?

    After the payment succeed and we received your payment, e-tickets will be send automatically to your email. If you did not received the e-ticket, you can check your order at my booking , or you can contact our 24-hours Customer Service.

  2. What's NOT included in my "flight+hotel" ?
  3. "flight + hotel" only covering seats on flight and room on hotel and not included bellow details:
    1. Additional Flight Charges
    2. Excursions and other personal expenditure
    3. Travel Insurance
    4. Additional charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in apartments
    5. Arrival/departure taxes imposed by your destination country that are payable locally in cash.

How to Book

  1. Search Flight+Hotel

    Choose your Flight+Hotel, and then click "Search"

  2. Find your match Flight and Hotel in Result Page

    In the result page please Choose and "SELECT ROOM" or another flight and then "BOOK"

  3. Passenger Details

    Fill up the mandatory form with the correct information match with your valid identity card.


  4. Payment

    Choose your payment method and then click "CONFIRM" for issued the ticket and voucher


  5. E-Ticket Receive

    After the payment succeed and we received your payment, e-tickets will be send automatically to your email. If you did not received the e-ticket, you can check your order at my booking , or you can contact our 24-hours Customer Service.
